HIV/STI Screening & Treatment (PASS)

PASS Program

Lowell Community Health Center offers confidential services for those seeking screening and treatment for:

  • Chlamydia
  • Gonorrhea
  • Syphilis
  • HIV
  • Hepatitis C

This is available to all, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay through our PASS (Prevention and Screening Services) program.

Overdose Prevention (Narcan)

Also as part of PASS, anyone in the community can obtain nasal naloxone (Narcan), which can help reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. Overdose prevention education will be provided at no cost (we do bill insurance for this service).

Narcan is also available for purchase at the onsite CVS pharmacy. You do not need a prescription.
