Addiction Treatment

Lowell CHC offers outpatient services for those seeking assistance with substance use disorders through our Office-Based Addiction Treatment Program (often referred to as OBAT), with an emphasis on medication-assisted treatment.

Our Office-Based Addiction Treatment care team offers an integrated approach, managing the health of each patient by offering:

  • Medication-Assisted Treatment with Suboxone (buprenorphine-naloxone) or Vivitrol (naltrexone)
  • Recovery Coaches and Social Workers 
  • Individual & Group Support 
  • Intergration with Primary Care & Behavioral Health


Overdose Prevention (PASS Program)

We are committed to overdose prevention in our community. Through our PASS Program, anyone can obtain nasal naloxone (Narcan, which can help reverse the effects of an opioid overdose). Contact PASS to learn more.
