1. New Patients

    We welcome new patients! Please contact us to schedule an appointment. The Welcome Center staff will reach out to you to complete a new patient orientation as your new patient appointment approaches. During the call, we will gather your information, verify insurance eligibility or refer you to a health insurance representative, provide patient portal education, and share overall health center services.

  2. Existing Patients

    We are here for you, 7 days a week. During this time, we are limiting onsite appointments and are providing our patients with telehealth visits. Please be aware telehealth appointments are billable visits.
    To schedule an appointment or for medical questions, call 978.937.9700.

    We currently have a high volume of calls. We encourage you to enroll in the Patient Portal so that you can easily communicate with your provider. Learn about the Patient Portal and how to enroll.

  3. Not Sure About Your Health Insurance Coverage?

    If you do not have health insurance enrollment assistance is available over the phone. Sliding fee (discounts) may be available. No one will be refused care because they cannot afford to pay.
