Lowell CHC receives $50,000 grant for chronic conditions care

The Lowell Community Health Center has received a $50,000 grant from the Commonwealth Care Alliance to provide care for individuals with chronic conditions.

COVID-19: Patient Vaccine Update

We were thrilled to begin administering the COVID-19 vaccine to our front-line staff in December, but it is not yet available to patients. We will let patients know when and how to get the vaccine when it does become available at Lowell CHC. Please do not call the health center with questions about the vaccine. Please check our COVID-19 page regularly for updates about vaccine availability and other helpful resources related to the virus. 

Pace Of Coronavirus Vaccination Lags Supply In Mass.

The latest update Monday from Gov. Charlie Baker shows about 40% of the doses delivered to Massachusetts have been injected and, state data released last week shows, 92% have gone to hospital staff.”

Walk-in vaccine clinics for children 4-18yrs old will be held on Saturday 12/5 and Saturday 12/19 from 9 am to 1:30 pm. Make sure your children have the vaccines required for school. No appointment needed!

Flu Vaccine Clinic for Lowell CHC Patients

We urge everyone to get the flu vaccine! A walk-up, outdoor flu vaccine clinic for Lowell CHC patients ages 6 months and up will be taking place at our 161 Jackson Street location on specific days and times during the month of October. No appointment needed.

Friday, 11/6 from 10:00am-4:00pm

Monday, 11/9 from 10:00am-4:00pm

Tuesday, 11/10 from 10:00am-4:00pm

Please be aware that all of these dates are weather permitting.

Note: If you have an appointment at the health center, you will receive a vaccine during your appointment.
