COVID-19 Vaccination Equity Report

As part of demonstrating Lowell Community Health Center’s commitment to equity, inclusion, and combatting racism, we are continuing to produce a COVID-19 Vaccination Equity Report. This report provides details from our vaccine distribution here at the Health Center.

Free COVID-19 Testing Returns to Lowell

Free COVID-19 testing returns to Lowell May 12 through the state’s “Stop the Spread” program. Testing will be offered in the parking lot of Cawley Memorial Stadium, 424 Douglas Road, available seven days a week:
Monday 8am-2pm, Tuesday 12pm-6pm, Wednesday 8am-2pm, Thursday 12pm-6pm, Friday 8am-2pm, Saturday 10am-2pm, Sunday 10am-2pm. All Massachusetts residents, including those who are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, are eligible to be tested. Walk-ups will also be accepted.

Walk-in COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments Now Available

Beginning on Wednesday, May 12, walk-in appointments are available for the COVID-19 vaccine for Lowell CHC patients. Patients can walk in to the health center at 161 Jackson Street in Lowell from 8:00am-1:30pm, Monday through Friday, to receive a vaccine. Patients who have a scheduled appointment will remain on the schedule for that day and time.
